At Imagym we are truly concerned by the alarming recent news and disturbing statistics regarding children’s increasing health risks due to inactivity and poor dietary habits and we are determined to change the trend.
Our programs have been designed to get kids active and get them to play on—not for a month or two, but for a lifetime. The focus of our programming is the development of healthy lifestyles, motor skills and social and personal skills. Our memberships programs have been designed to accommodate parents in need of regularly scheduled classes and those in need of a flexible schedule. Memberships include play and fitness classes, ongoing specialist support and assistance, and some include limited weekly childcare.
Innovative Programming. IMAGYM offers an integrated selection of high quality programs and services specifically developed for children. In addition to basic programming, such as gymnastics and sports skills training with over 40 play and fitness classes per week, we offer a wide range of ancillary programs and services, including self-defense training, semi-personal training and ballet and tap.
