FiTween Cardio Circuit: A calorie-burning workout...simple, fast and fun. Kids work through numerous cardiovascular and strength conditioning intervals that include GeoMat exercises, plyometrics, athletic drills and more.
Resistance: Through fun activities and games, kids are introduced to the benefits of strength and resistance training. Kids increase their strength, endurance, body composition and sports performance with innovative exercise routines that combine cardio, flexibility and strength.

Gymnastics: Progressive program combines tumbling and the use of gymnastic apparatus with fun activities that build strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Led by experienced and supportive instructors, gymnasts work on floor exercises, parallel and uneven bars. Classes build a strong foundation for athletic achievement and self-esteem.
Sport Skills:Dynamic class exposes kids to sports and gives them the opportunity to gain strength, dexterity and overall conditioning. Instructors focus on teamwork as well as individual skill improvement. Classes provide a structured and supportive environment where kids refine their current sport skills, gain self-confidence and discover the fun in sports.

Self Defense: Coached by a professional Martial Art instructor, kids are exposed to confidence building activities that emphasize focus, discipline, control and respect for others in a positive and fun learning environment. Dynamic activities incorporate the basics of self-defense, cardio, balance and flexibility to develop effective self-defense skills.

Yoga: Playful class stimulates verbal, spatial and artistic skills. Kids learn to turn energy into constructive, character building exercises with activities that stimulate physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence. Delightful class integrates the philosophical concepts of yoga with the practice of postures and breathing exercises. Kids are encouraged to work at their own pace and speed and competition is discouraged.
Ballet/Tap Combo: Introductory one-hour class teaches the fundamentals of both ballet and tap. FiTween HipHop: A high energy fusion of Hip Hop and Stomp. Kids learn the hottest dance moves while they express themselves with lots of athletic fun.
