Imagym offers an integrated selection of high-quality programs specially designed to help kids develop physically, socially and intellectually.  Led by our highly trained and dedicated instructors, classes feature fun, age-appropriate activities that foster a lifelong foundation for well-being.

Our program for kids 12 months to 5 years old combines physical, cognitive and creative activities. Imagym Jr. offer six progressive and integrated stages based on age developmental skills with classes that include tumbling, sports skills, active play and yoga. Each class includes activities that enhance motor development, stimulate confidence, sportsmanship and explore every child's individual physical potential.

Stage 1 (6 to 9 months): Through the magic of creative movement and music, babies, soon to become toddlers, explore a sensory rich environment while they unfold their motor skills and language awareness. Nurturing and knowledgeable instructors stimulate the kids’ physical, cognitive and social development with a variety of fun-filled activities, cause-and-effect play, delightful music and gym exploration. Active parent participation required.

Stage 2 (9 to 12 months): Using creative play and nurturing instruction, young toddlers develop balance, strength and coordination. Age-appropriate activities help foster fine and gross motor skills while promoting social and cognitive development through a variety of interactive musical games and playful activities. Active parent participation required.

Stage 3 (12-18 months): Early walkers ready to incorporate and practice new motor skills, improve their coordination, balance and listening skills. With developmentally appropriate group activities, kids are introduced to tumbling, jumping, galloping and other locomotor activities that promote strength, body and spatial awareness while they develop dexterity and self-confidence. Active parent participation required.

Stage 4 (18-30 months): Designed to encourage group activity as well as individual participation. Classes provide a structured and consistent environment where kids begin to take safe risk-taking opportunities, master fundamental locomotor skills and develop a strong foundation of achievement, self-esteem and social skills. Active parent participation required.

Stage 5 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old): Dynamic classes help improve flexibility, balance and body strength. Kids gain confidence and improve concentration with a sense of playfulness, freedom and imagination. Tumbling, introductory sport skills and fit-play provide the perfect foundation for a fun-filled class. Active parent participation required.

Stage 6 (3 1/2 to 5 years old): Active toddlers enhance their strength, speed and coordination with structured gymnastics, sport skills and fit-play. Age-appropriate group activities build body strength, self-confidence and independence.

Gymnastics Jr (3 1/2 to 5 years old): Our progressive program combines tumbling and the use of gymnastic apparatus with fun activities that build strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. With classes designed to ensure safety, kids learn beginning and intermediate gymnastic skills.

Fit-Play Jr (3 1/2 to 5 years old): This fast-paced, energetic class promotes agility and coordinated movement to improve motor skill and conditioning. Fun exercise routines encourage kids to develop a positive attitude toward fitness.

Sport Skills Jr (3 1/2 to 5 years old): This high energy class introduces toddlers to sports and gives them the opportunity to run, kick, strike and have lots of fun. Classes emphasize fundamental skills, experimentation and teamwork.

Yoga Play Jr (3 1/2 to 5 years old): Using principles of Yoga, this playful class stimulates verbal, spatial and artistic skills. Kids learn to stretch, balance and relax. Delightful activities integrate the philosophical concepts of yoga with the practice of postures and breathing exercises.

Ballet/Tap Combo (3 1/2 to 5 years old): Introductory one-hour class teaches the fundamentals of both ballet and tap. The wonderful combination of elegance and attitude places strong emphasis on developing a solid foundation for future dance classes. Kids enjoy a wide array of activities and music that develop rhythm, coordination and individual style.

self defense

Self Defense Jr (3 1/2 to 5 years old): Coached by a professional instructor, kids explore basic martial art movements, learn to concentrate and develop self-control. Age-appropriate activities emphasize self-discipline, manners, effective selfdefense skills and safety awareness .
