When should I book my kid’s ultimate private party at Imagym?
We recommend that you book your party as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date. It's common for dates to be booked six to eight weeks in advance.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% non refundable deposit is needed to reserve the space.
Can Imagym accomodate more than 20 kids?
Yes. Imagym can accomodate up to 30 kids comfortably. Additional charges apply.
Can I cancel or reschedule my party?
You may cancel or re-schedule your party at any time; however your deposit will be forfeited. Please call us at (404) 843-3481 to make any changes to your Party.
When should I arrive for the party?
We recommend that party hosts arrive at Imagym 10-15 minutes prior to your reserved time.
What do I need to do during the party?
At Imagym, we take care of the party, so that you can enjoy it. All you need to do is enjoy the special occasion.
Can we bring our own cake or other food?
You can bring your own cake, individual ice cream cups, fruit and raw vegetables and crunchy snacks, along with canned sodas and bottled water. We can also arrange pizza from The Loop and Fruit from Edible Arrangements. However, other food or beverages may not be brought into the club.
Can I get party favors from Imagym?
Absolutely, we can provide you with great age-appropriate party favors. Please call us at (404) 843-3481 for details.
Do I need to bring paper goods or decorations for the party?
Not at all, we provide quality, brightly colored balloons and paper goods—napkins, plates and forks; the decorations vary by the party package you select. However, you're welcome to bring your own. Silly string, confetti, and streamers or decorations than need to be glued or taped to the walls or glass are not allowed. Please drop-off your supplies the Friday before the party.
If you are bringing a pinata, we highly recommend extending your party by 30 minutes to ensure that we have enough time to provide kids with quality activities.
Can we have get Magician or Clown to the party?
Yes. We can take care of that, and since our job is to provide the best possible experience to our customers and their guests, we only work with the best entertainers in town. Please call us at (404) 843-3481 for details.
Is it possible for party guests to be dropped off?
Sure, kids 3 to 12 years old can be drop-off and picked up at the end of the party. hem to your party location.
